About Jamel Aattache
Jamel Aattache (1974, The Netherlands) made his debut after several short films, when
he was just 23, with the feature film 'So Be It', which he wrote, produced and directed.

After visiting the Cannes Film Festival in 2002 to sell his film, he made a deal with Universal Pictures
to realize the feature film 'Fighting Fish', the first Dutch martial-arts movie. Jamel produced and
directed the film, which premiered on the International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2004.
Jamel has a lot of experience in different areas but his work is always strong visually.
